General terms on how K R Serviços de Construção e Paisagismos LTDA (“KR Paisagismo”), registered under CNPJ 61.197.373/0001-99, in São Lourenço do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul, provides its services. Specific terms are agreed for each project.
We confirm scope and price in writing before work begins, after visiting the space.
Our services follow Brazil's Consumer Protection Code (CDC). For services contracted at a distance, you may withdraw within 7 days of contracting, under article 49 of the CDC, before the work is carried out.
Plants are living things; establishment depends on care and conditions after planting, which we explain at handover.
